Founder Story

Hi friend, nice to
meet you.

I started Social Workouts because the best workouts I have had were never really about the workout. They were about knowing someone would be there, having a simple plan, and feeling welcome when I arrived.

The tools we use today make it easy to start another conversation, but surprisingly hard to keep a weekly rhythm clear. A useful home for a crew should make the next session obvious without asking everyone to scroll through a chat.

So I went outside.
To find myself.

That idea is intentionally small. Social Workouts is for the people who already want to meet, move, and come back next week. It is not a performance feed and it does not need to turn every session into content.

Than, I felt like, I am falling into a hole. And something needs to change.

The first version is being shaped with real crews, real organizers, and the little details that make showing up feel easy. There is still a lot to learn, but the direction is clear: less noise, more movement, and better reasons to step outside.
